Vero Derm Policies

CANCELLATION POLICY AND FEES

Vero Derm Aesthetic & Wellness Center requires 24 hours notice for cancellation or reschedule and that it is client responsibility to provide timely notice by calling the Vero Derm Aesthetic & Wellness Center. Client agrees to pay the value of the booked appointment up to $100.00 maximum fee if he fails to give the required 24 hours notice. If treatment is prepaid that I may forfeit one of the future sessions if the client does not provide the Vero Derm Aesthetic & Wellness Center with the required 24 hours notice.

Vero Derm Aesthetic & Wellness Center asks the client to arrive 15 minutes prior to each scheduled appointment time(s) so that all appointments can run both efficiently and timely. Late arrivals may result in a reduction of treatment time or appointment being rescheduled, along with a cancellation fee as the value of the booked appointment up to $100.00 maximum, if the appointment has to be rescheduled.

 

DEPOSIT on SERVICES:

All Deposit on Services are not refundable but can be used for other services or transferred to other clients, after deduction of cancellation or reschedule Fees.

 

CELL PHONES:

We kindly ask that you turn your cell phones and pagers to vibrate upon arrival and to remember to speak in your very soft spa voice once you enter the spa. Please inform your therapist should you need to make a phone call so that you may do so without disturbing other spa guests. Cell phone use may affect the length of your spa services. 

 

PERSONAL BELONGINGS:

Please leave all jewelry and valuable items at home. Venus Derm is not responsible for lost or misplaced items.
